Cecla is indicated in the treatment of the following infection when caused by susceptible strains of the designated microorganisms :
Otitis Media caused by Streptococcus pneumonia, Haemophilus influenza, Staphlococci, and Streptococcus pyogenes
Lower respiratory tract infections, including pneumonia, cause by Streptococcus pneumonia, Haemophilus influenza, and Streptococcus pyogenes
Pharyngitis and Tonsillitis, caused by Streptococcus pyogenes

Adult - The usual adult dosage is 250mg every 8 hours.
Pediatric patients - The usual recommended daily dosage for pediatric patients is 20mg/kg/day in divided doses every 8 hours.
