Cecla is indicated in the treatment of the following infection when caused by susceptible strains of the designated microorganisms :
Otitis Media caused by Streptococcus pneumonia, Haemophilus influenza, Staphlococci, and Streptococcus pyogenes

Adult - The usual adult dosage is 250mg every 8 hours.
Pediatric patients - The usual recommended daily dosage for pediatric patients is 20mg/kg/day in divided doses every 8 hours.
