Amikacin sulfate 250mg
Amikacin sulfate 500mg
Septicemia, bacteremia, serious infections of the respiratory tract, bones, joints, CNS, skin and tissue, peritonitis.
IM : 15mg/kg, twice or 3 times in divided doses.
IV : 15mg/kg, twice or 3 times in divided doses.
Inject for 30~60 minutes by dilute 500mg of this medicine with 100~200ml of Physiological saline or Dextrose injectable solution.
