Beraprost sodium 0.02 mg

Improvement of accompanied ulcer, and cold sensation with chronic artery occlusion syndrome (Burger's disease, Obstructive arteriosclerosis, Diabetic peripheral vascular disease)

Improvement of accompanied ulcer, pain, and cold sensation with chronic artery occlusion syndrome (Buerger's disease, Obstructive arteriosclerosis, Diabetic peripheral vascular disease ) - The recommended daily dose of Beraprost sodium is 0.12 mg three times in divided after meals.
Primary pulmonary hypertension - The recommended initial daily dose of Beraprost sodium is 0.06mg three times in divided after meals, and increase dose according to symptoms (adverse effects, etc.). The use maximum dose is 0.18 mg and three or four times daily.
Warning of Dosage and Administration
Primary pulmonary hypertension have been know that tolerance for drug therapy is difference according to patient. Therefore in case of low initial dose, the condition of patient should be observed thoroughly when it increase the dose.
