Schizophrenia, Bipolar Mania, Irritability Associated with Autistic Disorder

1. Schizophrenia
- Adult : Initial dosing is 2 mg per day. Maintenance dosing is usually 2~6 mg per day, twice in divided.
2. Bipolar mania : Initial dosing is 2 mg per day. Maintenance dosing is usually 2~6 mg per day, twice in divided.
3. Irritability in autistic disorder :
- Weight more than 50kg : Initial dosing is 0.5 mg, once daily. The recommended dosing is 1mg, once daily.
- Weigh less than 50kg : Initial dosing is 0.25 mg, once daily. The recommended dosing is 0.5 once daily.
